We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, we'll make it right β€” quickly and without hassle. Please read our policy carefully as some categories (especially Rx medicines) have regulatory restrictions.

1. Return Window

You may initiate a return for eligible products within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original, unopened and undamaged condition with all original packaging, labels and accessories intact.

Items eligible for return:

  • Sealed OTC (over-the-counter) medicines with intact packaging
  • Dental materials in original, unopened condition
  • Healthcare devices (BP monitors, glucometers) in original box with all accessories
  • Ayurvedic / herbal products in sealed condition
  • Vitamins and supplements (sealed and unexpired)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For patient safety and regulatory compliance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medicines of any category
  • Prescription (Rx) medicines β€” Schedule H, H1, and X drugs once dispensed
  • Temperature-sensitive products (insulin, vaccines, cold-chain medicines) once delivered
  • Perishable items (e.g., probiotic sachets, certain dental materials with short shelf life)
  • Products purchased during clearance / final-sale promotions
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Partial pack returns (e.g., half a strip of tablets)

3. Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of deliverywith photo or video evidence. We will:

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1

Log in to your MedHeal account and go to My Orders.

Step 2

Select the order and click 'Return / Report Issue'.

Step 3

Choose the reason and upload photos if the item is damaged or wrong.

Step 4

Submit the request. Our team will review within 24 hours.

Step 5

If approved, a return courier will be arranged (for defective items) or you drop the package at a designated courier point.

Step 6

Once the item is received and inspected, refund or replacement is processed within 7 business days.
